After graduating from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a bachelor’s degree in economics, Julio was eager to put his education and skills to use in the professional world. He quickly began his career in financial planning, determined to help individuals and families make informed and intelligent decisions about their financial futures. Julio’s goal is to provide personalized financial advice and services to clients within the community based on sound financial principles.
Motivated and dedicated to his career, Julio is constantly seeking ways to improve his skills and knowledge in the field of finance. He is currently pursuing a certification as a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and has already passed the Series 7 and Series 66 securities exams. He has his life and long-term care insurance licenses.
Julio is a dedicated member of the Latin community in Charlotte, and he is committed to promoting the Spanish language and culture within the city. As the president of a conversational Spanish club with over 100 members, Julio works tirelessly to create a welcoming and inclusive space for people to come together and practice their language skills. He organizes events and activities that help members connect with one another and learn more about the vibrant Latin culture. In addition, Julio works closely with local organizations and businesses to promote the importance of bilingualism and cultural exchange. Through his leadership and dedication, Julio is making a meaningful impact on the Latin community in Charlotte and beyond.
In his free time, Julio enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer and creating artwork. Recently, Julio and his wife, Stephanie, welcomed their first son into the world, and they are thrilled to be parents. In addition to their son, they also have a playful dog who brings joy and laughter to their household. Julio and Stephanie love to spend time together as a family, whether it’s going to a sporting event or spending time at the Whitewater Center.
